Drug dealer gets 5 years in prison after mother's overdose death

A cocaine dealer who along with his HBO producer pal left a Long Island mother of three to die after an overdose received a five-year prison sentence on Thursday, officials said.

Drug pusher James (Pepsi) Holder, 61, and buddy Marc Johnson admitted to partying with 38-year-old Kiersten Cerveny — a married dermatologist — before dragging her body from Holder’s Chelsea apartment when she OD’d. Holder admitted to running drugs out of the W. 16th St. pad for nearly a decade.

Johnson, 52, admitted in March to moving Cerveny’s body. Prosecutors plan to suggest an 18-to-24 month sentence, his plea proceeding revealed.
